Shipping, Refund & Returns Policies
When do you ship my item?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48-72hours of placing the order.
Who do you ship my order with?
We send every parcel with the Royal Mail or Evri. All orders are dispatched with tracking of the parcel and you will recieve a notification email confirming the time of dispatch along with the tracking details from the shipping company.
Where is my order, I want a refund?
We offer two types of shipping. Free Delivery which is sent second class with Royal Mail or Standard Evri and express which is sent tracked with Royal Mail. We would always advise upgrading to express. However if you have selected Free Delivery and given us the correct address, then we are 99% sure Royal Mail or Evri will deliver this. If your parcel has been signed for, then this is confirmation that the parcel has been delivered, we cannot control the signature on the tracking link, therefore cannot process refunds for any claims of a signature not matching the home owner. If you live in apartments or a block of flats and a photo has been provided then this is confirmation the parcel has been delivered - we cannot be liable for where the parcel is left and therefore cannot process refunds for any claims of the wrong address. Given your parcel has not reached your address (which is very unlikely). We would recommend getting in touch with Royal Mail or Evri, as we cannot be liable if you have given us the correct address.
My garment has arrived, but I don't want it anymore, can I send it back for a refund?
Unfortunately F&C does not offer refunds on non damaged goods. All sales are final. If you would like to exchange it for a different size we would be more than happy to discuss this with you. Please send an email to fighterandcoach@gmail.com
